Jennifer McDaniel loved the opportunity to see the world during her career in the beauty industry, but the extensive travel requirements of her job took a toll on her body. She eventually had to take a leave of absence to recover. Pilates practice was helpful in her recovery and something she loved. So she quit corporate American got her Pilates training certificate. Leading and training others was a skill already perfected. Then she decided to pursue another passion and enrolled in the culinary program at El Centro. She will graduate with her chef’s training this spring and plans to focus on cuisine that’s equally tasty and healthy.
