Growing up, the kitchen was the heart of Bella Maioriello’s home. She would watch her mother, with her hands full of love and skill, create magic from scratch. Her mom made everything from homemade sauce and pasta, to cheese, wine, breads, cookies, and salami. Every meal was a celebration, not just of food, but of the bond shared with family and friends.
“Those memories are so vivid for me,” says Bella. “The smell of tomatoes simmering on the stove, the sight of fresh pasta drying on the table, the laughter of family gathered around to taste her creations. My mother’s kitchen a place to connect, to pass down stories, recipes, and traditions.”

“For years, I have held onto those memories wanting to continue that legacy. I talked about it, dreamt about it, and now, it’s finally time to bring that dream to life. I want to carry on what my mother started and share our family’s tradition with the world. That is why I am putting our name “Bella” on this new sauce and everything that comes after. It’s not just a sauce; it’s a piece of my family’s history, a labor of love, and way to invite everyone to our table.”
