Future Shows Permanently Move to Las Vegas
The National Association of Home Builders has opened online registration and housing for the 2026 NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS), the largest annual light construction trade show in the world.
IBS 2026 will take place Feb. 17-19, at the Orange County Convention Center, where it will again co-locate with the National Kitchen & Bath Association’s (NKBA) Kitchen & Bath Industry Show® (KBIS) for the 13th Annual Design & Construction Week® (DCW). The two shows will host more than 2,350 exhibiting brands spanning over 1.2 million net square feet of exhibit space, with 115,000+ expected attendees, making it the largest annual gathering of the residential design and construction industry in the world.
Celebrated for showcasing cutting-edge innovations in design and sustainability, The New American Home® (TNAH) 2026 also sets a new standard for supporting meaningful community causes. For the first time, TNAH is being built for a specific mission and homeowner—Jason Eichenholz, Ph.D., CEO and founder of Relativity Networks, and previously co-founder and CTO of Luminar Technologies.
Inspired by his son, Jonathan, a young adult with autism, Eichenholz is matching the cost of all contributions from manufacturers and suppliers dollar-for-dollar to support Jonathan’s Landing Foundation, a comprehensive intentional community creating housing for 500 people and 5,000 jobs to help adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to live with purpose and have access to meaningful work while achieving their maximum level of independence.
